山西省新升煤业管道孔,钻孔设计孔径Φ710.00 mm,设计孔深约260 m,井壁管选用非常规Φ508.00 mm×14.00 mm 螺旋钢管,螺旋钢管与钻孔环状间隙用水灰比0.7的水泥浆充填。受场地空间限制,选用CMD100型车载全液压动力头钻机施工,管道孔成孔首先施工Φ215.90 mm导向孔,其次进行二级反井钻进扩孔成孔:一级口径Φ470.00 mm,二级口径Φ710.00 mm。因管道孔要求中靶精度高,且必须保证钻孔垂直度,故钻进导向孔采用定向钻探技术,扩孔采用二级反井钻井技术,结合现场施工情况来看,该孔成功施工既能满足绿色、环保要求,又能提高施工效率,缩短施工周期,大大节约成本,有很大推广应用空间。 |

The pipe hole of Shanxi Xinsheng Coal Industry Co., Ltd. has a design hole diameter of Φ710.00 mm and a design hole depth of about 260 m. The shaft wall pipe uses unconventional Φ508.00 mm×14.00 mm spiral steel pipe. Filling with a cement slurry ratio of 0.7. Limited by the space of the site, the CMD100 vehicle-mounted full hydraulic power head drilling rig is used for construction. The pipe hole is firstly constructed with a Φ215.90 mm pilot hole, and then the second-level raise hole is drilled and reamed:the first-level diameter is Φ470.00mm, the second-level caliber is Φ710.00 mm. Because the pipeline hole requires high target accuracy and the verticality of the borehole must be ensured, the directional drilling technology is used for the drilling of the pilot hole, and the secondary raise drilling technology is used for the reaming. Based on the on-site construction situation, the successful construction of the hole can be both To meet the requirements of green and environmental protection, it can improve the construction efficiency, shorten the construction period, greatly save the cost, and have a lot of room for promotion and application. |
