      水泥搅拌桩施工技术对于改善软土物理性质、提高力学强度、增加房屋建筑地基基础稳定性具有十分广泛的应用场景。本文以某大厦建筑深厚层软土地基为研究对象,基于其地层地质条件充分分析的基础上,就水泥搅拌桩处置机理、施工技术方案和桩体沉降规律进行了分析和对比研究,结果表明:单桩方案和复合地基方案在不同桩顶荷载压力下的沉降变化曲线规律基本一致,首先呈现近直线增长,在达到一定峰值后迅速下降。采用大水灰比工况下的桩体沉降量最小,更有利于土体快速硬化。桩体顶部的最大水平位移与水平荷载呈线性增加关系。水平荷载不变条件下,竖向荷载越大,桩体最大水平位移反而越小,呈现负相关关系,竖向荷载有利于桩体的水平稳定性。本文研究成果对于软土地基中的水泥搅拌桩的沉降规律及其加固方式提供了一定参考。

      Cement mixing pile construction technology has a very wide range of application scenarios for improving the physical properties of soft soil, improving the mechanical strength and increasing the stability of building foundation. In this paper, the deep layer soft soil foundation of a building is taken as the research object. On the basis of the full analysis of its stratum geological conditions, the disposal mechanism of cement mixing pile, construction technology scheme and pile settlement law are analyzed and compared. The results show that:the settlement curves of single pile scheme and composite foundation scheme under different pile top loads and pressures are basically the same, showing a nearly linear growth at first and a rapid decline after reaching a certain peak value. Under the condition of large water-cement ratio, the settlement of pile is minimum and is more conducive to the rapid hardening of soil. The maximum horizontal displacement of pile top also increases in an approximate linear correlation with horizontal load. Under the condition of constant horizontal load, the maximum horizontal displacement of pile decreases with the increase of vertical load, showing a negative correlation, and the vertical load is beneficial to the horizontal stability of pile. The research results of this paper provide some reference for the settlement law and reinforcement method of cement mixing pile in soft soil foundation.
