| 新中国成立以来,虽然在矿产资源开发利用领域取得了显著成就,但也存在着严重的矿区生态环境问题亟待解决。本文综述了近几十年来我国矿山生态修复的发展历史,在此基础上,为未来矿山生态环境治理的发展提出了几点建设性意见。现阶段矿山生态恢复的主要工作内容是应对矿区地质灾害风险、重建土壤环境、并恢复当地植被生态。与发达国家相比,我国矿山生态修复存在的主要困难是历史存量多、资金支持不到位、法律监管不完善、专业人才较缺乏等问题。在国家政策的驱动下,未来矿区治理应当努力整合多方资源,引入市场资本,因地制宜探索全新的修复模式,通过多学科交叉培养专业人才以解决矿山生态修复过程中的技术性问题。 |

| Since the establishment of People’s Republic of China, it has achieved great progress in the development and utilization of mineral resources, but also caused serious environmental problems which need to be solved. This paper summarizes the development history of mine ecological restoration in China in recent decades, and puts forward some constructive suggestions for the development of mine ecological environmental protection in the future. The purpose of mine ecological restoration is to eliminate geological disaster risks, rebuilt soil structure and recover local vegetation. Compared with developed countries, mine ecological restoration work in China is faced with many difficulties such as the large amount of abandoned mine sites, lack of financial support, insufficiency of legal supervision and management and absence of professional talents. To improve the status of mine ecological restoration, multiple resources such as social capital should be introduced to this field. Furthermore, we should explore new mine ecological restoration models which suit local economy and environment, and train more professional talents through multidisciplinary education to solve technological issues during the work. |
