| 天津市为中国北方经济中心和北方最大的沿海开放城市，伴随着改革开放的不断深入，经济社会发展和城市建设进入了新阶段，对新时代城市地质调查提出新的需求。通过需求调研，本文提出了城市建设的新需求、成果创新表达、成果应用、服务平台建设和地质资料汇交等方面的关键问题，从天津市规划、建设和运行管理的角度，分析天津市城市建设对地下空间开发利用条件、自然资源状况、生态环境质量、基础地质调查和地质环境监测等地质需求，助力天津智慧城市建设。 |

| Tianjin is the economic center of northern China and the largest coastal open city in northern China. With the deepening of reform and opening up， the economic and social development and urban construction have entered a new period， which puts forward new demands for urban geological survey in the new era. Through the demand research， this paper puts forward the key issues of the new demand of urban construction， the innovative expression of results， the application of results， the construction of service platform and the exchange of geological data. From the perspective of the planning， construction and operation management of Tianjin， to analyze the geological requirements of Tianjin's urban construction on underground space development and utilization conditions， natural resources， ecological environment quality， basic geological survey and geological environment monitoring， in order to help Tianjin's smart city construction. |
