      本文以天津南港填海造陆区为研究对象,通过开展水土地质环境调查、海域地形地貌测量、模拟实验与规划建设资料收集,查明研究区地质环境特点和工程建设需求,选取海洋地质、工程地质、水土环境、岸线稳定性和地壳稳定性5类评价因子和规划建设用地类型,构建三级评价指标体系。运用层次分析评价方法,结合研究区内不同功能分区产业结构特点,确定评价因子权重、划分评价等级,完成天津南港填海造陆区地质环境承载能力综合评价。评价结果显示:研究区地质环境承载能力可划分为较高、中等和较低3个等级;总体为中等—较低等级,仅西港池西南的综合产业区和邻近石化产业区部分区域承载能力为较高等级,约占研究区面积的8%。并根据承载能力等级分区的实际产业发展情况,提出相应管理控制建议。

      In this paper, taking the reclamation area of Nangang in Tianjin as the research object, through carrying out water and soil geological environment surveys, marine topographic and geomorphic surveys, simulation experiments, as well as collecting data on planning and construction, the geological environmental characteristics of the study area and the engineering construction requirements are determined. Five evaluation factors, including marine geology, engineering geology, water and soil environment, shoreline stability, and crustal stability, are selected, along with land use types for planning and construction, to construct a three-level evaluation index system. The analytic hierarchy process evaluation method is used to determine the weights of evaluation factors and the division of evaluation levels, taking into account the characteristics of industrial structure in different functional zones within the study area, in order to complete the comprehensive evaluation of carrying capacity of the reclamation area geological environments in Nangang, Tianjin. The evaluation results show that the carrying capacity of geological environments of the study area can be divided into three levels: higher, medium and lower. Overall, it is at a medium to lower level, with only the comprehensive industrial zone in the southwest of west harbor basin and some areas adjacent to the petrochemical industrial zone having a higher carrying capacity, accounting for approximately eight percent of the study area. Based on the actual industrial development in different zones according to the carrying capacity levels, corresponding management and control suggestions are proposed.
