      为全面掌握秦岭北麓建设用地分布情况及转化机制,促进资源、环境协调可持续发展。本文选取秦岭北麓建设用地作为研究对象,以2019—2021年的高分一号影像数据作为数据源。通过建立样本库,选取实验区,采用FCN(fully convolutional networks 全卷积神经网络)算法对实验区和秦岭北麓全区多时序影像进行智能提取,实现秦岭北麓建设用地变化监测。从对建设用地图斑分布情况、变化趋势以及变更因素的分析来看,秦岭北麓12个季度建设用地面积整体呈现增长趋势,建设用地转入类型以其他用地和耕地为主,转出则以其他用地为主。通过有效掌握秦岭北麓建设用地变更机制,对提升国土综合监管及社会服务能力具有重要意义。

      In order to fully grasp the distribution and transformation mechanism of construction land in the northern foot of Qinling Mountains and promote the coordinated and sustainable development of resources and environment. This paper selects the construction land at the northern foot of Qinling Mountains as the research object, and takes Gaofen-1 image data from 2019 to 2021 as the data source. By establishing a sample database and selecting the experimental area, FCN (fully convolutional networks) algorithm is used to intelligently extract the multi-time series images of the experimental area and the northern foot of Qinling Mountains, so as to realize the change monitoring of construction land in the northern foot of Qinling Mountains. According to the analysis of the distribution, change trend and change factors of construction map spots, the area of construction land in the northern foot of Qinling Mountains showed an overall growth trend in 12 quarters, and the transfer types of construction land were mainly other land and cultivated land, while the transfer types were mainly other land. By effectively mastering the change mechanism of construction land in the northern foot of Qinling Mountains, it is of great significance to enhance the comprehensive land supervision and social service capacity.
