| 全民所有矿产资源资产清查价格体系构建是推动建立矿产资源资产管理体系的重要抓手，也是强化矿产资源资产管理的必要措施，确保矿产资源科学利用与配置。本文主要介绍了辽宁省全民所有矿产资源资产清查试点省级价格体系构建的技术思路，提出市级资产清查价格体系研究的必要性，在省级资产清查价格体系构建的基础上，通过调整系数的确定构建市级资产清查价格体系，提出市级资产清查价格体系调整因子选取方案，解决了全民所有矿产资源资产清查市级价格的缺失，为全民所有矿产资源资产清查价格体系构建提供经验。 |

| The construction of the inventory price system of mineral resource assets owned by the whole people is an important starting point to promote the establishment of mineral resource assets management system， and also a necessary measure to strengthen the management of mineral resource assets， so as to ensure the scientific utilization and allocation of mineral resources. This paper mainly introduces the technical ideas of constructing the provincial price system for the pilot inventory of mineral resources assets owned by the whole people in Liaoning Province， and puts forward the necessity of studying the municipal asset inventory price system. It solves the lack of municipal price of mineral resource assets inventory owned by the whole people， and provides experience for the construction of mineral resource assets inventory price system owned by the whole people. |
