      滇西上芒岗金矿床位于中国西南三江造山带西南缘与印度地块东缘的过渡区域,是高黎贡山构造‒岩浆‒变质成矿带内兼具卡林型和红色黏土型特征的金矿床。尽管前人已开展过多年勘查和开采工作,但该矿床基础地质和成矿特征等研究仍较为薄弱,矿区内及外围找矿工作有待进一步提升。本文基于已有的地质认识和野外勘查,通过对矿床地质特征、矿体矿石类型、地球化学异常及成矿地质条件等内容的研究,综合认为上芒岗金矿床中上部红色黏土型金矿床和下部原生卡林型金矿床具有相同的成因,成矿作用主要与龙陵—瑞丽断裂带南东侧的次级断裂密切相关,构造活动同时兼具控矿和成矿作用。区域尺度的岩浆活动很可能为深部金矿物质的上涌及成矿后的改造创造了条件。此外,本文总结了矿区找矿标志,以期为矿床外围及深部找矿提供一定的指导。

      The Shangmanggang gold deposit is located in the transition area between the southwest edge of the Sanjiang Orogen and the eastern edge of Indian Block in western Yunnan, southwest China. The deposit has both Carlin-type and red clay-type characteristics in the Gaoligong Mountain structural-magmatic-metamorphic-metallogenic belt. Although predecessors have carried out exploration, prospecting and mining for many years, the researches of the geology and metallogenic characteristics of the deposit is still weak, and the prospecting work in and around the mining area needs to be further improved, so as to meet the increasingly demand for gold in China in the future. Based on the existing geological work results and field investigation, this study includes the geological characteristics of the deposit, ore types of ore bodies, geochemical anomalies, and ore genesis and conditions. This study proposes that the red clay-type gold deposits in the upper part of the Shangmanggang gold deposit and the primary Carlin-type gold deposits in the lower part have the same origin. The mineralization is mainly closely related to the NE trending secondary fault on the southeast side of the Longling-Ruili fault, and tectonic events can control the mineralization as well as the ore-forming. Magmatism at the regional scale likely created the conditions for the upwelling and transformation of deep gold minerals. This paper summarizes the prospecting indicators in the deposit, and provides some guidance for prospecting in the periphery and deep of the deposit.
