| 北京门头沟区存在较多小煤窑采空区，采空区是一种潜在而特殊的地质灾害，会引发地面变形、下沉、塌陷等环境问题，严重威胁人们的生命财产安全。采空区域开发之前必须对拟建场地进行必要的危险性评估。本文以门头沟新城某项目北部场地为研究区，开展了采空塌陷区域的调查，分析评价采空区塌陷危害范围和程度，以及对场地和建筑物的影响。研究结果表明，该区为采空塌陷地质灾害性“危险性中等”地段，规划用地的适宜性级别为基本适宜研究成果可为后期场地开发建设提供决策依据。 |

| There are many mined-out areas in small coal kilns in Mentougou District. The mined-out area is a kind of potential and special geological disaster， which will cause environmental problems such as ground deformation， subsidence and collapse， and seriously affect people's lives and property. The necessary risk assessment of the proposed site should be carried out before the development of the goaf area. In this paper， the northern site of Xinhuayuan Company is taken as the research area， and the investigation of goaf collapse area is carried out to analyze and evaluate the harm scope and degree of goaf collapse， as well as its influence on site and buildings. The research results show that this area is a "medium risk" area of geological disaster of goaf collapse， the suitability level of the planned land is "basically suitable" which provides a decision basis for the later site development and construction. |
