| 高纯石英是战略性新兴产业发展所需关键基础材料，在国民经济建设中占有重要的地位，被广泛应用在半导体、光通讯、光伏、光学、电光源等行业和领域，同时，高纯石英也是世界稀缺，中国短缺的战略性资源。本文以高纯石英产业上游为重点研究对象，调研当前国内外的高纯石英资源现状及产业发展方向，并结合河南省高纯石英资源禀赋及产业发展存在的优势及问题，认为河南省高纯石英产业发展需加大地质勘查力度、完善产业发展政策、加大产业科研投入力度并加强顶层设计规范。 |

| High purity quartz is the key basic material required for the development of strategic emerging industries， occupies an important position in the national economic construction， is widely used in semiconductor， optical communication， photovoltaic， optics， electric light source and other industries and fields， at the same time， high purity quartz is also the world's scarce， China's shortage of strategic resources. This paper focuses on the upstream of high-purity quartz industry， investigates the current status of high-purity quartz resources at home and abroad and the direction of industrial development， and combines the advantages and problems of Henan Province's high-purity quartz resource endowment and industrial development. It is believed that the development of high purity quartz industry in Henan Province needs to increase the intensity of geological exploration， improve the industrial development policy， increase the investment in industrial science and technology research and development， and strengthen the top-level design standard layout. |
