地质环境安全评价是一项关于国土空间规划的基础性工作,其目的是对人类生命财产、城镇和工程建设构成威胁的地质环境问题进行评价。惠州市为粤港澳大湾区东部中心城市,经济总量位居广东省第五,为粤港澳大湾区经济增量最快最大的城市。开展惠州地区地质环境安全评价,对城市建设和生态系统的发展有着极为重大的意义。本文选择惠州市惠城区惠南湖片区进行综合地质评价,通过实地野外调查采样分析,查明该区内地层岩石、地质构造等特征以及地下水类型、地质灾害发育情况和水土环境质量与污染状况,在此基础上进行综合评价,并将研究区按工程建设及国土空间开发适宜性进行分区,其中适宜区面积2.43 km2,占比40.50%;基本适宜区面积0.69 km2,占比11.50%;适宜性差区面积2.18 km2,占比为36.33%;不适宜区面积0.69 km2,占比11.50%。研究成果可为惠州城市整体规划、工程建设与开发利用等提供基础性地质资料和科学建议。 |

Geological environment safety assessment is a basic work on national space planning, its purpose is to evaluate the geological environment problems that pose a threat to human life and property, cities and engineering construction. Huizhou is the central city in the eastern part of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Its economic aggregate ranks fifth in Guangdong Province, and it is the city with the fastest and largest economic growth in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It is of great significance to carry out geological environment safety assessment in Huizhou area for urban construction and ecosystem development. In this paper, Huinan Lake area, Huicheng District, Huizhou City, is selected for comprehensive geological evaluation. Through field investigation, sampling and analysis, the characteristics of strata rock and geological structure, groundwater type, geological disaster development, water and soil environmental quality and pollution status of the area are identified. On this basis, comprehensive evaluation is carried out, and the study area is divided according to the suitability of engineering construction and territorial space development. The suitable area covers 2.43 km2, accounting for 40.50%; The basic suitable area covers 0.69 km2, accounting for 11.50%; The suitability difference area is 2.18 km2, accounting for 36.33%; The area of unsuitable area is 0.69 km2, accounting for 11.50%. The research results can provide basic geological data and scientific suggestions for Huizhou city overall planning, engineering construction, development and utilization. |
