青藏高原的高海拔特点极大地制约着人类的生产活动和设备的长期稳定运行,给边坡的监测和巡查带来了重重困难,因此西藏高海拔地区的露天边坡高效管理是具有挑战性的,也是必须的。本文探讨了高海拔背景下建设露天边坡在线监测综合管理平台的必要性及关键技术思路,通过边坡雷达、GNSS、无人机、监控视频以及其他各类传感器实现对边坡的综合监测,以提高监测有效性和覆盖范围,结合数据整合与处理、网络架构设计等方面建设综合管理平台,最后提出了基于手机APP、电脑网页端的综合巡查反馈管理平台的开发思路,最终实现对西藏高海拔地区露天边坡实时、高效的综合管理。该研究可为后续高海拔综合在线监测系统的开发、部署、升级改进提供了设计思路,对有效保障高海拔露天边坡安全具有重要意义。 |

The high altitude characteristics of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau greatly constrain human productive activities and the long-term stable operation of equipment, posing significant challenges to the monitoring and inspection of slopes. Therefore, efficient management of open-pit slopes in high-altitude areas of Tibet is not only challenging but also necessary. This paper discusses the necessity and key technological approaches to establishing an integrated online monitoring and management platform for open-pit slopes in high-altitude environments. Through the utilization of slope radar, GNSS, drones, surveillance videos, and various other sensors, comprehensive monitoring of the slopes is achieved to enhance monitoring effectiveness and coverage. Furthermore, the paper proposes the construction of an integrated management platform, focusing on aspects such as data integration, processing, and network architecture design. Finally, a development strategy for a comprehensive inspection and feedback management platform based on mobile apps and computer web pages is presented, ultimately realizing real-time and efficient comprehensive management of open-pit slopes in high-altitude regions of Tibet. This study provides a design framework for the development, deployment, and improvement of subsequent high-altitude integrated online monitoring systems, which is of significant importance for effectively safeguarding the safety of high-altitude open-pit slopes. |
