| 铁矿是黑龙江省的重要矿产，现已查明上表矿区67处，全省铁矿矿石累计查明资源储量42499.5万t、保有资源储量36261.9万t，居全国第24位。同时，黑龙江省具有丰富的煤炭资源，作为老工业基地，非常适合发展钢铁工业。近年来，黑龙江省钢铁工业取得了长足发展，随之而来的是对铁矿石的需求量持续增大。如何保障资源安全、优化资源配置、促进资源节约集约利用成为黑龙江省铁矿行业急需解决的问题。本文通过资料收集、实地调研等方法详细了解了黑龙江省铁矿资源禀赋特征、开发利用现状、供需形势以及钢铁行业的发展情况；运用对比研究、综合分析、专家咨询等方法，总结了黑龙江省铁矿资源大矿少、小矿多、品位低、矿床类型齐全、潜力较大、矿石产量持续增长、对外依存度高等特点；通过深度剖析产业特征并结合国内外政治经济形势，提出适应黑龙江省铁矿产业发展的建议和拓展方向。 |

| Iron ore is an important mineral in Heilongjiang Province，in which 67 iron ore deposits have been identified and total identified resource reserves of iron ore are 424.995 million tons， retained resource reserves of 362.619 million tons， ranked 24th in the country. At the same time， Heilongjiang Province is rich in coal resources， As the old industrial base， it is very suitable for developing the steel industry. In recent years， Heilongjiang's iron and steel industry has made great progress， followed by a continued increase in the demand for iron ore.It is urgent problem for Heilongjiang iron ore industry How to ensure the security of resources， optimize the allocation of resources， and promote the economical and intensive use of resources . Through data collection and field investigation this paper has a detailed understanding of the characteristics of iron ore resource endowment， development and utilization status， supply and demand situation and the development of iron and steel industry in Heilongjiang Province. By means of comparative study， comprehensive analysis and expert consultation， it is concluded that the iron ore resources industry in Heilongjiang Province has the characteristics of few large mines， many small mines， low grade， complete types of ore deposits， large resource potential， continuous growth of iron ore output and high external dependence. Through in-depth analysis of industrial characteristics and combined with domestic and foreign political and economic situation， put forward to adapt to the development of iron ore industry in our province and development direction. |
