为了解决淮南张集矿东-1煤层底板水害的问题,实现工作面的安全回采,本文研究了多分支水平注浆井钻井技术,针对工程实施特点,介绍了套管层次选择、钻井井身结构优化设计、钻具组合优选和钻进参数设计、多类型钻井液配制,以确保工程顺利实施;针对轨迹设计要求,计算了主孔钻入煤层底板治理灰岩层的着陆点,分析了实钻轨迹控制情况;针对钻遇的漏失、卡阻等复杂情况,试验并细化堵漏、解卡技术措施,最终该工程水平段实际轨迹与设计轨迹偏差均未超过 2m,水平段实钻轨迹较设计轨道终孔靶点偏差为 1.78 m,均符合钻井轨迹控制要求。结果表明:该施工工艺和技术方法适用于煤矿多分支水平注浆井工程,达到了煤矿注浆井的安全高效钻进,为该地区后续注浆井施工提供有益经验。 |

In order to solve the problem of water damage in the east-1 coal seam floor of Zhangji Mine in Huainan and realize the safe mining of the working face, the drilling technology of multi-branch horizontal groutingwell was studied. According to the characteristics of engineering implementation, the selection of casing layer, theoptimization design of drilling casing structure, the optimization of drilling assembly and the design of drilling pa.rameters, and the preparation of multi-type drilling fluid are introduced to ensure the smooth implementation of theproject. According to the trajectory design requirements, the landing point of the main hole drilling into the coalseam floor to control the limestone layer is calculated, and the actual drilling trajectory control is analyzed. In viewof the complex situations such as leakage and jamming encountered in drilling, the technical measures of pluggingand unblocking were tested and refined. Finally, the deviation between the actual trajectory and the designed trajec.tory of the horizontal section of the project did not exceed 2 m, and the deviation between the actual drilling trajec.tory of the horizontal section and the target of the designed track was 1.78 m, which met the requirements of drillingtrajectory control. The results show that the construction technology and technical method are suitable for the multi-branch horizontal grouting well project in coal mine, which achieves the safe and efficient drilling of grouting well incoal mine, and provides useful experience for the subsequent grouting well construction in this area. |
