深厚填土层在工程建设过程中较为常见,需要进行针对性的处治处理,以满足建构筑物的施工安全与长期稳定。传统加固措施如强夯或换填等,处理深度有限,难以满足深部加固处理的需求。而针对特定深度的袖阀管注浆加固技术是一种有效的方案,具有重要的工程应用价值。本文依托十堰市汇合工业园 B区高位挡墙地质灾害治理工程,系统开展了深厚填土层袖阀管注浆加固技术研究及加固效果评价等方面的研究工作,有效提高了深厚填土层注浆加固效率,并为深厚填土注浆加固技术研究提供一定的借鉴价值。 |

The use of deep fill soil layers is a common practice in engineering construction. Due to the extended time span involved in the formation of fill soil,as well as its complex material composition and structure, its physical and mechanical properties are not uniform. This often leads to deformation and damage of buildingsand structures due to excessive settlement or strong water permeation,necessitating targeted treatment for ensuring construction safety and long-term stability of deep filling structures. The strengthening measures employed for deepfill primarily include dynamic compaction and grouting;however,the general treatment depth of dynamic compac. tion is limited. When deeper reinforcement is required for deep fill,grouting technology serves as a convenient and effective treatment plan. Research on grouting technology,grouting materials,and evaluation methods for assess. ing grouting effectiveness holds significant engineering application value. This project focuses on the geologicaldisaster control project involving a high retaining wall in District B of Yihe Industrial Park,Shiyan City. It systematically conducts research on the sleeve valve pipe's grouting reinforcement mechanism in deep filled soillayers,the grouting reinforcement technology associated with sleeve valve pipes in deep filled soil layers,as well as comprehensive evaluation methods for assessing the effectiveness of such reinforcement efforts. These endeavorseffectively enhance the efficiency of grout reinforcement within deep filled soil layers while also elevating the techni.cal proficiency related to reinforcing such areas. |
