| 山体滑坡作为一种常见的地质灾害，对建设项目的顺利进行构成严重威胁，研究建设项目山体滑坡灾害的安全防治措施具有重要的现实意义。本文以毕节市金海湖新区 “1·3”在建工地山体滑坡重大事故为例，分析了边坡开挖等引起建设项目山体滑坡的直接原因及接原因，分析了山体滑坡的特点和成因，研究提出了工程合法合规施工、详细审查论证施工方案、严格管控边坡开挖、了解山体滑坡的发生前兆等防治建设项目山体滑坡灾害的安全措施。研究结果说明，对山体滑坡的成因进行深入分析，制定科学合理的安全防治措施，能有效降低山体滑坡带来的风险，确保建设项目施工安全。 |

| As a common geological disaster，landslides pose a serious threat to the smooth progress of construction projects. Therefore，it is of great practical significance to study the safety prevention and controlmeasures for landslide disasters in construction projects. Taking the major landslide accident that occurred on Janu.ary 3rd at a construction site in Jinhaihu New Area，Bijie City as an example，this paper analyzes the direct andindirect causes of landslides in construction projects caused by slope excavation and other factors，examines the characteristics and causes of landslides，and puts forward safety measures for preventing and controlling landslide disasters in construction projects，such as conducting legal and compliant construction operations，carefully review. ing and demonstrating construction plans，strictly managing and controlling slope excavation，and being aware of the precursors of landslides. The research results show that by conducting in-depth analysis of the causes oflandslides and formulating scientific and reasonable safety prevention and control measures，the risks brought bylandslides can be effectively reduced and the construction safety of construction projects can be ensured. |
