| 本文以湖北省为例，针对露天矿的矿业权布局、生态矿山构建以及矿产资源环保利用等方面存在的挑战，从多维度进行了深入分析。通过政府引导、政策优化、社会参与以及市场机制的有机结合，探讨了露天矿的矿山地质环境恢复的多种途径和模式。在此基础上，构建了一套全面、系统的露天矿绿色转型体系，实现了绿色化、低碳化和高效化转型。该模式不仅有效提升了露天矿矿产资源的开发利用效率，还促进了矿业经济与生态环境的和谐共生，为其他地区提供了有益的借鉴和参考。 |

| This article takes Hubei Province as an example to conduct in-depth analysis from multiple dimen. sions on the challenges of mining rights layout，ecological mine construction，and environmental protection utiliza. tion of mineral resources in open-pit mines. Through the organic combination of government guidance，policy optimization，social participation，and market mechanisms，various approaches and models for the geological environment restoration of open-pit mines were explored. On this basis，a comprehensive and systematic green transformation system for open-pit mines has been constructed，achieving green，low-carbon，and efficient transformation. This model not only effectively improves the development and utilization efficiency of open-pit mineral resources，but also promotes the harmonious coexistence of mining economy and ecological environment， providing useful reference and guidance for other regions. |
