| At present，geological prospecting units are in the period of separation from enterprises andenterprises. As the legal entity of state-owned assets management，they shoulder the responsibility of independent management，taking responsibility for profits and losses，and realizing the efficient operation，maintenance and appreciation of state-owned assets. The necessity of geological exploration unit of state-owned assets management， management status and existing problems are discussed，putting forward the consciousness of state-owned assets management，improve the management of state-owned assets legal system，accelerating the reform of property rights system and improving the state-owned assets management rules and regulations and other countermeasures and suggestions，in order to further promote the geological exploration unit of state-owned assets management. |
