| By consulting relevant materials and combining with the actual reform and development of geologi.cal prospecting units，this paper analyzes and studies the development history and existence of geological prospect. ing units，and puts forward some suggestions and thoughts on the reform of geological prospecting units. The transformation of geological exploration unit development is the need of social development，although full of chal. lenges，but also breeds the infinite possibility，not only to follow the scientific logic of reform and development， but also pay attention to the practical problems existing in the reform and development，must be the national chess game，classification as a whole，pay more attention to talent strategy，continue to improve scientific and technologi. cal innovation lead ability，continuously to the downstream industry chain，strive for related dividends，establish a modern enterprise with core competitiveness. |
