      勐海曼迈铅锌矿床位于云南省勐海县布朗山乡曼迈村,三江成矿带南缘,区内岩浆活动强烈,晚三叠世澜沧 —勐海花岗岩岩体侵入,为成矿物质活化提供了热源,同时强烈的构造运动则为成矿流体运移提供了通道及容矿空间。矿体产于印支期花岗岩与巴夜组上段地层外接触带边缘,区内北北东向断裂是岩浆、含矿热液的运移通道,次级同生、派生的东西向断裂破碎带则是容矿和储矿场所。铅锌矿体产于东西向断裂破碎带中;矿体中蚀变强烈,以硅化、黄铁矿化、褐铁矿化为主,石英脉呈脉状、团块状、网脉状穿插于岩石中,石英脉越发育矿化越强;石英脉及东西向断裂是主要的找矿标志。
英文摘要:
      The Manmai lead-zinc mining area is located in Manmai Village,Blangshan Township,Menghai County,Yunnan Province,at the southern edge of the Sanjiang metallogenic belt. The area is characterized by strong magmatic activity,with the intrusion of the Lancang Menghai granite pluton in the late Triassic,providing a heat source for the activation of ore-forming materials. At the same time,strong tectonic movements provide chan. nels and ore bearing spaces for the migration of ore-forming fluids. The Menghai lead-zinc deposit is located at theedge of the outer contact zone between the Indosinian granite and the upper section of the Baye Formation. Thenortheast trending fault in the area is a pathway for the migration of magma and ore bearing hydrothermal fluids, while the secondary contemporaneous and derived east-west trending fault fracture zone is the host and storage site. Lead zinc ore bodies occur in east-west fractured zones;The alteration in the ore body is strong,mainly silicifica. tion,pyrite mineralization,and limonitization. Quartz veins are interlaced in the rock in the form of veins, clumps,and network veins. The more developed the quartz veins,the stronger the mineralization;Quartz veins and east-west faults are the main prospecting indicators.
