      挥发性有机物( VOCs)是一类对环境和人类健康有潜在威胁的化学物质。目前,对部分 VOCs的测定方法和污染界定还未建立明确的标准,这在一定程度上制约了地下水开发治理的可持续性。例如,乙醛、丙烯醛、丙烯腈、乙腈等挥发性有机物,它们在地下水中的污染问题日益受到关注。本文建立了顶空进样 /气相色谱法同时测定地下水中乙醛、丙烯醛、丙烯腈、乙腈 4种挥发性有机物的方法,研究并优化试验参数。水样经过顶空进样后,待测物质在 BD-FFAP毛细管色谱柱上分离,通过氢火焰离子化检测器进行定量分析。采用外标法建立工作曲线,通过实际水样对方法检出限、精密度、准确度进行测定。结果表明, 4种挥发性有机物的工作曲线线性良好,相关系数均在 0. 9995以上,方法检出限为 2. 24~2. 85 μg/L,并具有良好的精密度,准确度。 4种挥发性有机物的相对标准偏差在 10%以下,加标回收率在 92. 7%~110%之间。建立的顶空进样 /气相色谱法操作简单高效、灵敏度高、定量准确,可适用于地下水中乙醛、丙烯醛、丙烯腈、乙腈的检测。

      Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs)are a class of chemicals that potentially threaten the environ. ment and human health. Currently,clear standards for the determination methods and pollution definitions of some VOCs have not yet been established,which to some extent restricts the sustainability of groundwater development and management. For instance,volatile organic compounds such as acetaldehyde,acrolein,acrylonitrile,and acetonitrile are increasingly becoming a matter of concern regarding their pollution in groundwater. This articleestablishes a method for simultaneous determination of four volatile organic compounds,acetaldehyde,acrolein, acrylonitrile,and acetonitrile,in groundwater using headspace injection gas chromatography. The experimental parameters are studied and optimized. After headspace injection of the water sample,the analyte is separated on a BD-FFAP capillary chromatography column and quantitatively analyzed using a hydrogen flame ionization detector.Establish a working curve using an external standard method,and determine the detection limit,precision,and accuracy of the method through actual water samples. The results showed that the working curves of the fourvolatile organic compounds were linear and the correlation coefficients were all above 0. 9995. The detection limitof the method was between 2. 24 μg/L and 2. 85 μg/L and it had good precision and accuracy. The relative standard deviation of the four volatile organic compounds is below 10%,and the spiked recovery rate is between 92. 7% and 110%. The established headspace injection gas chromatography method is simple,efficient,highly sensitive,and accurate in quantification,and can be applied to the detection of acetaldehyde,acrolein, acrylonitrile,and acetonitrile in groundwater.
