为减少矿产资源开发对环境造成的扰动,协调资源开发与环境保护之间的关系,建立环境与资源平衡体系已成为矿企转型升级的必由路径。目前,矿山固废存量仍然很大、综合利用率仍然较低,固废平衡的落实与成效,对于资源与环境平衡体系的构建至关重要。本文明确了固废平衡的定义,建立了固废平衡关系,并提出了相应固废平衡计算公式,详述了各组成部分,给出了如何实现固废平衡的建议,为中国矿山企业实现固废减量化与资源化提供了可行思路,将助力中国无废绿色矿山的发展,为经济与环境的协同发展做出一定的贡献。 |

To reduce the impact of mineral resource development on the environment,achieve coordination between resource development and environmental protection,and establish a balance system between environmentand resources has become a necessary path for the transformation and upgrading of mining enterprises in China.Carbon balance is crucial for the construction of a balance system between green mining resources and the environ.ment. This civilization has defined carbon balance,established a carbon balance relationship,and proposed cor. responding carbon balance calculation formulas,detailed each component,and provided suggestions on how toachieve carbon balance. It provides feasible ideas for China's mining enterprises to achieve zero CO2 emissions, which will help China's carbon peak and carbon neutrality development,and make certain contributions to global climate stability. |
