| 目前中国大部分矿山企业是根据《绿色矿山评价指标》进行绿色矿山建设，评价指标的优化改进，极易导致此前达到了绿色矿山建设要求的企业不满足新指标的现象出现，建立一套合适的绿色矿山管理体系对减少此类情况发生十分有效。本文首先阐述了建立绿色矿山管理体系的意义，其次由 PDCA循环来表示绿色矿山管理体系的运行模式为持续改进，最后基于 PDCA循环和国际标准化组织( ISO)标准提出了绿色矿山管理体系的框架，并对其所包含的 4个部分、 17个过程内容进行了详述，为矿山企业提供了一个将绿色矿山工作融入到矿山日常生产经营过程的参考方法，助力中国绿色矿山的高质量建设。 |

| At present，most mining enterprises in China carry out green mine construction based on the"Green Mine Evaluation Indicators". The optimization and improvement of evaluation indicators can easily lead tothe phenomenon of enterprises that have previously met the requirements of green mine construction not meeting thenew indicators. Establishing a suitable green mine management system is very effective in reducing such situa.tions. This article first elaborates on the significance of establishing a green mine management system. Secondly， based on the PDCA model and the International Organization for Standardization(ISO)standards，a framework for a green mine management system is proposed. Finally，the four parts and seventeen process contents of the mine management system are elaborated，providing a reference method for mining enterprises to integrate green minework into their daily production and operation processes，Assist in the high-quality construction of green mines in our country. |
