| 研究覆岩离层注浆浆液的扩散规律对完善覆岩离层注浆充填理论、指导注浆工程设计和地表跑浆防治等具有重要意义。为探究覆岩离层注浆浆液扩散规律,本文提出浆液的小离层扩散模式、小离层-断层扩散模式、大离层扩散模式和大离层-断层扩散模式,并基于 COMSOL Multiphysics数值模拟软件分别建立 4种模式的浆液扩散模型,利用两相达西定律和 N-S方程计算研究浆液在离层中扩散规律,得到了注浆压力、注浆速度和离层高度等因素对浆液扩散规律的影响。结果表明,浆液扩散距离与注浆压力、注浆速度呈正相关关系,与离层高度呈负相关关系,各因素对浆液扩散距离的影响程度由大到小为注浆压力、注浆速度、离层高度。基于浆液扩散规律研究成果,提出了几种注浆参数的合理取值范围。注浆工程初期现场实际注浆压力不必大于 3.5 MPa,注浆工程的中后期现场实际注浆压力至少应大于 2 MPa,注浆速度应取 0.04~0.08 m/s,离层高度计算幅度指数分别为-0.026与-0.245,为安全采煤提供了可靠保证。 |

| The study of the diffusion law of overburden bed separation grouting slurry is of great significancefor improving the theory of overburden separation grouting and filling, guiding the design of grouting engineeringand preventing surface slurry leakage. In order to investigate the diffusion law of grouting slurry in overlying rockoff-layers, the small separation diffusion mode, small separation-fault diffusion mode, large separation diffusion mode and large separation-fault diffusion mode of slurry are proposed, and the four modes of slurry diffusion modelsare established based on the numerical simulation software of COMSOL Multiphysics, and the diffusion law of theslurry in the separation is investigated by using the two-phase Darcy′s law and the N-S equations. The effect of fac-tors such as grouting pressure, grouting speed and the height of the separation on the diffusion pattern of the slurrywas obtained. The results show that the slurry diffusion distance is positively correlated with the grouting pressureand grouting speed, and negatively correlated with the layer height, and the influences of each factor on the slurrydiffusion distance are grouting pressure, grouting speed and layer height in descending order. Based on the researchresults of slurry diffusion law, a reasonable range of values for several grouting parameters is proposed. The actualon-site grouting pressure at the early stage of the grouting project does not have to be greater than 3.5 MPa, the ac-tual on-site grouting pressure at the middle and late stages of the grouting project should be at least greater than 2MPa, and the grouting speed should be taken as 0.04-0.08 m/s. The calculated amplitude indexes of bed separationheight are -0.026 and -0.245 respectively, which provides a reliable guarantee for safe coal mining. |
