| 为明确隧道周边孔爆破施工精度对超欠挖的影响,从而进一步提升隧道光面爆破效果及施工效益,本文以深南高铁周屋隧道为工程背景,分析现场施工误差分布规律,构建了周边孔爆破三维数值模型,研究钻孔位置偏差、钻孔方向偏差影响下的隧道超欠挖程度,并为隧道施工精度保障及优化技术提供思路。结果表明:隧道拱顶位置处外插角偏差较大,会造成实际开挖轮廓面不平整;边墙位置处钻孔位置偏差较大,从而致使边墙爆破轮廓不平整,形成局部超挖;从控制测量放线精度、提高钻孔精度和现场施工管理3个方面提出钻孔爆破施工优化方法进而保障爆破效果。研究成果可为相似工程光面爆破设计优化提供参考。 |

| To clarify the influence of blasting construction accuracy of tunnel surrounding holes on over-under excavation, so as to further improve the smooth blasting effect and blasting construction efficiency of tunnel, this paper takes a tunnel as the engineering background, constructs a three-dimensional numerical model of surrounding hole blasting by numerical simulation method, analyzes the distribution law of field construction error, studies the degree of tunnel over-under excavation under the influence of drilling position deviation and drilling direction deviation, and provides ideas for tunnel construction accuracy guarantee and optimization technology. The results show that the larger deviation of the outer interpolation angle is easy to appear in the arch, and the larger deviation of the drilling position should appear in the side wall. Interpolation angle deviation causes local over-excavation of the vault and results in unevenness of the actual excavation contour surface. The deviation of the drilling position can easily lead to the unevenness of the blasting contour of the side wall and the local over-excavation, resulting in stress concentration. The quality of drilling construction can be enhanced by controlling the accuracy of measuring and setting out, improving drilling precision, and strengthening on-site construction management, thereby ensuring the desired blasting effect. The research results can provide reference for the design optimization of smooth blasting in similar projects. |
