| 针对高陡边坡(>150 m)、多组优势节理及软硬互层岩体等复杂地质条件下的露天矿山终了边坡稳定性难题,本文以来宾市龙头山露天灰岩矿为研究对象,基于赤平投影划分稳定性分区(欠稳定区Kv=0.4~0.5,稳定区Kv=0.7~0.8),提出差异化预裂爆破参数;结合微震监测建立“岩体结构-爆破参数-振动响应”定量模型。研究表明:欠稳定区(Φ115 mm孔径/1.1 m孔距/0.9 kg·m-1线装药量/不耦合系数4.6)预裂缝贯通率92%、振动速度降幅65%;稳定区(Φ115 mm孔径/1.5 m孔距/0.7 kg·m-1/3.6)贯通率88%、振速降幅58%。该方法有效解决了复杂地质条件下的差异化控爆难题,为同类工程提供了理论依据。 |

| In order to ensure the stability and safety of open-pit mine slopes during blasting operations, controlled blasting technology has been widely studied and applied. This paper summarizes the key technologies and practical experiences of controlled blasting in the field of open-pit mine slope protection, focusing on the optimization of presplit blasting parameters, safety control measures, and their engineering applications. Based on field tests and monitoring data, the effectiveness and reliability of controlled blasting in complex geological conditions are analyzed. The results show that the application of controlled blasting technology can significantly reduce the impact of blasting vibration on slopes, effectively improving the safety and economic benefits of mining operations. This study provides a reference for the popularization and technical improvement of controlled blasting in open-pit mines. |
